Interview 2- Akane Tendo

Now Akane XD

Q:Tell me about yourself?
A: I´m the youngest of three daughters Kasumi, Nabiki, and I.
Our mom died when I was only a child, so I can´t remember her a lot, the few things that I do remember are really special for me.
One thing, my mother was a great cook just like my sister Kasumi, so I still practice my cooking to become more like my mother and Kasumi [Annoyed speech tone] now if my insensible husband would give more motivation and actually compliment my cooking, I can become a better cook!
Ejem, ^^, well, [Excited tone] I love martial arts! Since I was little I practiced it almost every day! Kasumi always told me that fighting was not for a little girl to do, but I really love it. I want the Tendo Dojo to become the greatest dojo in Japan, in honor of my mom and dad. The honor of the Tendo family depends on it., and with Ranma on my side, I'm sure we can do it!

Q: How old are you?
A: I´m 28 years old

Q: Tell me about your husband?
A: Ha, about him?? [10 minutes of silence go by] Well, I like how Ranma loves the Martial Arts. He's so dedicated and always finds a way to win battles because he never gives up! If someone beats him, he will train non-stop to become stronger or have an unusual way to defeat that person. That´s one of the things I love about my husband, he is not a coward unlike our parents when it comes to difficult situations. Ranma always cares about our children and me. He can be so nice when he wants to be. [Akane starts to become frustrating] I just hate it that he's not more compassionate or sweet. Ranma always has to say the truth the wrong way, or be blunt about it. He's such a fool when it comes to things like that è_é
For example, why can't he stay with me in the kitchen and taste my food in order to help me make it better instead of running away like a chicken? Also, why can't he talk to Shampoo and tell her to leave us alone! He's such an idiot when it comes to the easy things, Argghhh!![A red aura forms around Akane] Sometimes he really makes me explode! [Akane calms down] I just wish that he were more sensitive with me.

Although he makes me anger all the time, the good moments are more important. He will always help me when I'm in troubles or in danger. No matter what life throws our way... I...I will always love him.

Q: Your husband gave an answer to why he chose you instead of the other girls. Now tell me why did you chose Ranma over the other guys that were after your affection?
A: I...well, its, its not a thing that I have ever thought about, I can`t fully explain it.
I think all that "hate" that I felt towards Ranma at first, slowly became love.
One of the first things that showed me that I was falling in love was the arrival of Shampoo. I really didn't know how jealous I could be! [Akane shaking her fists] Seeing Shampoo glomping onto him every time she could made me, argghh that Shampoo!!![Calms down] I never felt jealousy for the others. Ryoga always was just a nice friend, but I never considered him a person I could fall in love with.

Q: I think your husband said it best that he rather eat rocks than your cooking? Why does your food taste so bad even though you've had 12 years to perfect your cooking and second does it bother you that your own ten year old daughter can cook better than you in a million years?
A:[Akane jumps up shaking violently with anger along with a fire red aura surrounding her]
HE SAID WHAT!!? OH,THAT JERK!! HE NEVER NOTICES MY HARD EFFORT!! ARRRGH I'M GOING TO KILL HIM!!! [Points a finger at the interviewer] Hey!! Your offending me!! "In a million years" what`s your problem?! You have never tasted my food, so you can't say anything bad about it! Ranma's opinion doesn't count. He doesn't knows good food if it hit him square in the face.
[Akane sits down and calms down] Of course, Ryoko is a good cook, Kasumi taught her. Sometimes I think that maybe she has inherited the talent from of her grandmother, my mom. That makes me very happy,but that doesn´t mean that I am a better cook!!
[Kasumi suddenly walks into the Dojo]
Kasumi: Calm down Akane,
Akane: Kasumi what are you doing here?
Kasumi: I can explain why the food of my dear sister taste like that.
Akane: Hey, what do you mean by "like that"?
Kasumi: Even if 12 years have passed, Akane is always training and teaching at the Dojo. She is very impulsive, so when she is cooking, she goes into that fight mindset. When she is in that mindset, Akane doesn't read the ingredients or the spices she will use. My sister almost always confuses the sugar with the salt. Because of her fighting mindset and impulsiveness, it prevents her from becoming a better cook.
Unlike my sister, Ryoko is not impulsiveness and follows cooking directions more easily which is why she is a better cook than Akane.
The day my sister stops being so impulsive is the day she will become a better cook. I know she become a great cook if she does that!
[Ranma yells in the background]
Ranma: That means never!
Akane: Get out of here, jerk!!!

Q: I saw in a recent family photo that your husband had a black eye, Ryoko's hair was messed up, and Akira's tuxedo was ripped. Explain what happened in this photo that made you guys look that way?
A: Well, its a long story. All I can said is that Akira was bothering Ryoko so they started to fight. Ranma tried to separate them, but only made things worse.
Akira and Ryoko ruined their clothes because of they were using techniques that Ranma taught them ¬ ¬;
When Ranma taught the kids those techniques that he learned from Cologne, I'm just surprised our kids didn't destroy the portrait studio.
The black eye was cause Ranma was a little useless in trying separate the kids, so i get angry, with the problem in front of us and he couldn't stop complaining about how tight his bow tie was, so i was obfuscated and i said “Ah, you want to untie it ^^” and i untied it for him with a beat.
I didn´t know his eye will turn black u//u

But at least, I´m was the one who calmed everybody down,



Q: Akane, lets end this once and for all about your food. Let me try some Miso Soup and lets see if whatever everyone says about your food is true being horrible.
A: Of course, then you will see that my food is good and that my husband is filling your head with lies.

(Akane makes some Miso Soup for the interviewer to try. The interviewer tries a taste which then immediately throws up and passes out from the horrible taste. After 10 minutes the interviewer wakes up and continues the interview with Akane Saotome)

Akane: Oh My God!!! I´M SORRY!!! Are you okay???

Interviewer: (Coughing from the bad taste the interviewer clears his throat) Oh my God! I didn't want to believe it but what Ranma and your daughter was true, your food is putrid. I would go as far to say your food is deadly if one person isn't prepared. How can you cook something so deadly and give it your family especially to your own children? Last thing concerning about food, has your cooking ever killed anyone?

Akane: [Akane jumps screaming at the interviewer] HOW YOU DARE!!! my food is not that horrible!!
All of you always exaggerate.
I remember that Ryoga ate it, and he says that was good.
Just Ryoga and my dear Akira understand me. I only need more practice and the only way to PRACTICE is cooking!!!

[Ranma comes into the Dojo and whispers into the interviewer's ear]
Ranma: See I told you her food would be horrible, but if she practices anymore with you, you might be dead.

Akane: WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HIM!!!?????

Ranma : Oh nothing just except how your food almost killed our interviewer.

[Akane jumps up with a red aura and kicks Ranma into the sky]
Akane: RANMA NO BAKA!!!!!!

Q: Enough for food for now, tell me about your sex life because Ranma told me a lot of details that would make anyone blush? He also told me that two made love as women.
A: WHAT!!!!!!!!! THAT´S NOT TRUE!!!!!!! I'LL KILL HIM!!!!!!
[A giant mallet suddenly appears above Akane's head and she jumps up and sprints madly outside where Ranma is training and starts beating him with the mallet]
Akane:RANMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Ranma: What the hell did I do!!!!
[Akane screaming at Ranma while beating him]
Interviewer: I was only kidding! (I better head out of the Dojo for a while. i better watch out or she'll come after me.)


3. Name the happiest, angriest, saddest time you were with Ranma?
A: Oh well, let me think. [A few minutes go by]

The angriest moment mmm...let me see...there's not a specific situation, maybe when he doesn´t count my feelings (for example on the food) why he always has to say it in a inconsiderate way? If he can be more tactful then I wouldn't be angry all the time.

The saddest time perhaps is when Ranma came close to confessing me but it turned out to be false because I had to fall in love with him in order to get rid of the “battle doji”, a dress that gave me super strenght.
I actually thought he cared for me and when i notice it was just a trick, it broke my heart.

I think the happiest moment was the first time that he said he loved me.
It happened on Mount Jusendo when Ranma fought Lord Saffron. He doesn't know that I heard him through his thoughts, but he tried to deny it whenever I brought up.
Ranma, always does that with me. Still, the words, the hug, and his true tears are still on my mind.
